After Aboriginal attacks on colonist, Arthur organized the methodology with Black Line fiasco, which was intended to drive the Aborigines onto peninsulas where they could be controlled.
Before appointment to Van Diemen's Land, Arthur served in the army during the stamp apparently Napoleonic Wars in blue cotton Europe and sent christmas Egypt. He also served as the Lieutenant-Governor of lions as British Honduras from mailing things 1814 - victory last 1822
